The main reasons for Britain's wanting to move on to new pastures is a culmination of the prospect of better weather, lifestyle and pace of life in general. We tend to be quite a fast based nation with a rushed way of life which some can find difficult and as a result seek solace.
Another incentive for those who are not sure whether to stay in their home country or venture on, is the fact that it is now more tempting than ever with many schemes and attractive offers to tempt you, especially for those in the skilled trades and specific job roles.
In particular Australia has increased the amount of skilled persons they are allowing into the country as from September 2007. The system is points based and dependant on your skill or trade you can tally up your points for you and your partner and the likelihood of you being accepted into Australia is now much greater. The country is in need of many different kinds of skilled workers and with this, they have introduced the scheme. More trades and skilled roles have also been added to the list (Migration Occupants in Demand).
